As we get towards the end of the year - we are super excited to share our last guest episode for 2021 by introducing you to a wise & passionate personal trainer, talented chef & hard worker - Nick Cardone. 

 

Nick joins us to share his passion with exercise & chats to us about how training & nutrition can impact our mental health. He addresses his personal experiences with body image, whilst sharing his journey & the abundance of lessons he has learnt. 

 

He not only provides tips on how to gain a positive relationship with food & training, how he dealt with negative comments & how to be aware of your ego, but he also discusses the positives of meditation, the importance of listening to your body & how to be careful with what you let influence you on social media. 

 

This educated episode left me with my mind blown & my heart warm.
