Our wonderful new guest this week is Amy Kosonen who is not only one of the most down to earth and genuine people, but is also a brave, resilient and courageous young woman.

Only weeks before Amy and her long-term partner Jackson were planning to set off on a Europe trip and move interstate for work, both their lives were unexpectedly turned upside down when Jackson was diagnosed with Leukaemia. Amy sits down with us to share her journey of the months that followed his diagnosis and her experience as she became his fulltime cancer carer.

We are so inspired by Amy’s story and we think it is one that not only sheds light on a perspective that isn’t spoken about often, but also provides a lot of information and details surrounding this illness that many people may not know about.
